The final shipping rate of your order will be calculated based on the brand/s or provider/s of the product/s you have purchased.

Shipping and delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Shipping and delivery is processed by our partners, the brand or provider that own the items of your order. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order.

Arbor do not offer free returns. Board will be replaced if the warranty claims are legitimate and accepted by the factory (process usually takes 2-3 days).

We will do our best to make you satisfied with your purchase, but if not, you can make an exchange or refund within 10 days from your delivery.

Pusu returns and replacements

The customer has the right for a 14 day returns starting from the day of receiving the product. Prior to returning, the customer has to notify PUSU Skis via email. The return must be done according the directions given by PUSU Skis. If the product is returned against these instructions, the right to return may be withold. The right to return is applied only if the product can be resold. If the product is used or if for example the bindings are installed or the product is bruised, the right to return will be lapsed.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Abian returns and replacements

Abian offers free shipping for all orders placed within Spain (Peninsula). The rest of the countries of the European community apply a fee. Orders are generally delivered within 15 business days. All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft or damage. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders to these addresses will be automatically canceled.

Because of BREXIT shipments to UK are cancelled. We just ship inside European Union. Big Raven is not responsible for any delays in delivery orders. Due to Covid-19 order can take extra time to arrive. In case of orders returned for incorrect order (size or colour), address or unknown recipients Big Raven will not be responsible for the costs of resending the order. You can return your as new Big Raven product (with packaging & tags intact) within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

The goods must be returned to the seller by the buyer within fourteen (14) days from the delivery of the withdrawal from the purchase contract to the seller. We strive to create the best quality balance boards and yoga accessories around. If however you are not completely happy with your Huku product, it can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Products must be returned in perfect condition, with no marks, damages or missing parts. Prior to returning the product to us, please contact us to ensure we can put it right for you.

Swim Against do not assumes the costs of the return and depending of the origin of the return, the corresponding shipping fee will be applied. Our clients have 30 days to make the return. Starting on the day of delivery. The delivery stamp will count as the deadline. We do not accept the return of items that have been used, are washed, stains are observed, in poor condition or without the labels of the Otherwise it will be returned to the customer without the right to a refund or exchange. Inside, the return box must have all products purchased, carefully packaged and with all its contents in the original packaging. The scrunchies cannot be returned as a single product, their return is only allowed if they go with an other Swimwear o Activewear or an orden over 50€.

Unopened packages can be returned within 14 days without giving any reasons (buyer pays return shipping). Opened packages cannot be returned. Damaged packages will be replaced or additional material will be sent in co-operation with the buyer. Epoxy has strict instructions that need to be followed. If instructions are not followed Fairpoxy cannot be held responsible. Safety labeling and instructions manual are in English.

Free Returns on all orders made within the EU. We want you to be happy with your purchase and that your Houdini products will be with you for a long time ahead, therefore we have a 1 year return policy. This extended policy applies to all of our assortment, with one exception: Since underwear is a hygiene product, the product has to be unused and still in its sealed package. Other items need to be in the same condition as you received them with labels and tags still attached.
