• We ship to most European countries. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the country and the shipping method selected.
• We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. However, this may take longer during peak periods or due to unexpected events.
• Delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination country but estimated to be a maximum 7-10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during holidays and peak periods.
• Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package.

The Fair Cottage doesn't own any storage or stock of your purchased items. We want to make it clear and simple for you. For each brand or provider you will find specific returns and replacements policies, as well as caring, repairing or recycling programs that the brands offer. We ensure that a minimum policy is applied by each brand

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
• To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your order number and reason for the return.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Replacements

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in obtaining a replacement.
• You have to inform us within the next 3 days after delivery.
• We will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective or incorrect item and sending the replacement.
• Once we receive the defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
• If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or provide an estimated timeframe for when the item will be available for replacement.

Arbor do not offer free returns. Board will be replaced if the warranty claims are legitimate and accepted by the factory (process usually takes 2-3 days).

The customer has the right for a 14 day returns starting from the day of receiving the product. Prior to returning, the customer has to notify PUSU Skis via email. The return must be done according the directions given by PUSU Skis. If the product is returned against these instructions, the right to return may be withold. The right to return is applied only if the product can be resold. If the product is used or if for example the bindings are installed or the product is bruised, the right to return will be lapsed.

Abian offers free shipping for all orders placed within Spain (Peninsula). The rest of the countries of the European community apply a fee. Orders are generally delivered within 15 business days. All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft or damage. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders to these addresses will be automatically canceled.

Because of BREXIT shipments to UK are cancelled. We just ship inside European Union. Big Raven is not responsible for any delays in delivery orders. Due to Covid-19 order can take extra time to arrive. In case of orders returned for incorrect order (size or colour), address or unknown recipients Big Raven will not be responsible for the costs of resending the order. You can return your as new Big Raven product (with packaging & tags intact) within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Swim Against do not assumes the costs of the return and depending of the origin of the return, the corresponding shipping fee will be applied. Our clients have 30 days to make the return. Starting on the day of delivery. The delivery stamp will count as the deadline.
